The Pirate Captain’s Daughter and a Serial Set in the MC Universe

PCD-Cover-WebHey, everyone! If you’ve been waiting for something new from me, I’m here to promise that some goodies are on the way.

First off, I’ll have a novella (a long novella), The Pirate Captain’s Daughter in an anthology called Romancing the Alphas that’s coming out in July. You can already pre-order it on Amazon and several other stores, and it’s only 99 cents (this is a crazy good deal, because there are 12 all-new novellas in the bundle by 12 different authors).

I haven’t written the official book blurb yet, but our hero is Sergeant Azarov (introduced in Mercenary Courage) who makes the mistake of spending his shore leave with Striker, who drags him to a slave auction. Azarov, being a rather noble fellow, decides to rescue one of the slaves from certain torment. Things don’t quite go according to plan. 🙂

Fans of the Mandrake Company novels should enjoy the new adventure.

In other news, I just sent a six-part serialized sci-fi romance off to my beta readers. It’s set in the same universe as the Mandrake Company adventures, but in a different part of the system with some new characters. I’ll be publishing it later this summer, one or two episodes a week. You can either check those out or wait for the complete set, which will be available when all of the episodes have been published.

This is my first experiment with a serial, and even though I don’t think it will be my usual form of publication going forward, it was fun to try. I hope you’ll all check it out!

Thanks, Andrew! I’ll release the novella individually in the fall, but for $2.99, so the bundle is definitely a good deal. 🙂
